Cancellation policy
Our policy mirrors Airbnb's moderate cancellation policy so guests know exactly what to expect.
Cancel 5 or more days before check-in
You get a full refund of the nightly rate, cleaning fee, add-ons, and service fee. Refunds are processed to the original card within 5–10 business days.
Cancel within 5 days of check-in
You receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, plus a full refund of the cleaning fee. Add-ons and service fees are non-refundable in this window.
Cancel within 24 hours of check-in or no-show
Nightly rate, add-ons, and service fees are non-refundable. The cleaning fee is returned since the property won't need turnover service.
Extenuating circumstances
If you need to cancel due to a covered emergency (serious illness, natural disaster, government-issued travel restriction), reach out via the contact page with documentation. We follow Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy and review each case individually.
Booking confirmation
After payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation email sent through our Hospitable property management system, including the check-in instructions and house manual.
